Working Pattern: 45 hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required.

Job Description

• Update daily trackers for mid‑mile operational functions in SPX Express
• Monitor, track, and review daily activities and utilisation levels against targeted benchmarks
• Provide performance updates to stakeholders based on tracker data or as required
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in SPX Express
• Coordinate operational performance results with the respective functional PIC
• Collaborate across multiple teams to drive process and system improvements
• Maintain accurate and updated records for all operational trackers
• Oversee performance levels and alert relevant stakeholders when targets are not met
