Responsibilities

• Organise the unloading and loading of cargo into containers, and cargo trucks etc.
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods.
• To work with Warehouse Manager in relation to receiving and dispatching of containers
• To report to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager any damage to the cargo.
• Check and Inspect import freight.
• Inspect and label export freight.
• Identify and report any unsafe work practices.
• Deal with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Organise Port Pickups.
• Update Expedient Outturn, LCL, plus Hellogic milestones (Underbond and FAK).
• Organise interstate underbond movements.
• Print Cartage Notes.
• Check Expedient customs status.
• Print release documents from Expedient.
• Add location details.
