Warehouse Administrator

Great opportunity to join a busy team supporting national mining operations. We’re looking for a detail-driven Warehouse Administrator to provide day-to-day admin support across warehousing, freight, invoicing and purchasing.
You’ll work closely with warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators and accounts payable to keep documentation accurate, freight costs monitored, and purchasing tasks up to date. This role suits someone organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities

• Action invoices and maintain accurate logistics/PO data
• Prepare finance and freight reports
• Raise and receipt requisitions
• Track freight costs and escalate discrepancies
• Provide admin support to warehouse teams
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems

Skills and Experience

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or mining admin
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, filtering)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 ideal)

Casual Loading
