Job Description

We are presently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator/ Stock Replenishment Executive for our clients in Carrigtwohill, County Cork. My Multinational clients operate in a number of locations in Ireland and require someone who can provide quotes, monitor stock and work as part of a wider team. This is a full time, permanent position based in Carrigtwohill, County Cork

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular audits and data entry.

  • Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams.

  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

  • Generate and handle shipping documentation for timely order fulfilment.

  • Organize and maintain files for invoices, packing slips, and other relevant documents.
