Job Description

The Warehouse and Field Operations Manager is responsible for managing both the field service team and warehouse operations to ensure efficient service delivery, effective inventory control, and the achievement of profitability targets. This position provides leadership and direction to service technicians and warehouse staff, promoting high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will regularly inspect job sites to assess service performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability. Additionally, this role oversees all daily warehouse activities, including inventory oversight, delivery scheduling, material receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to support field operations.
