Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Position: Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor
Salary: up to $3000 + AWS
Working Day & Hour: 5 Days
Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm
Working Location: Tuas West Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily activities of the warehouse, including stock takes, outgoing deliveries, and incoming freight.
• Maintaining accurate records and conducting routine physical counts to keep stock under control.
• Ensuring operating machine is efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• The 5S approach was used to set up the warehouse.
• Preparing shipment documents, such as packing lists, invoices, COOs, Forms D and E.
• Arranging with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitoring KPIs and assisting in our daily improvement.
• Hands-on supervisor who can guide, support, and work alongside the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant working experience as warehouse supervisor.
• Possess valid stand-up rider forklift license.
