We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant at SIT-JB to support warehouse operations by handling inventory management, material movement, and documentation. The role ensures smooth material flow for manufacturing processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)

• Ensure receiving items are correct and complete with the accompanying documents and strictly following the documented work Instruction and Procedures.
• Notify any discrepancy during receiving & outbound items.
• Ensure material are outbound as required.
• Ensure that the storage area and the goods are properly maintained.
• Escalate to Supervisor/ Manager if found concern on safety issues or potential breakdown in warehouse process gaps that may lead to inventory inaccuracy, quality of the materials and delivery durin...
