About the job Warehouse Assistant Manager/ Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage whole warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets/good.
  • Ensure equipment, tools and machineries are used in proper manner with good housekeeping.
  • Timely update of reports, system transactions and location transfer.
  • Coordinate with Procurement on incoming goods.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Logistic on outgoing arrangement.
  • Liaise with QA on incoming and outgoing procedure.
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing transactions and record accordingly.
  • Preparing inventory report.
  • Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (eg HACCP, GMP, FSSC2200, BRC, IFS, HALAL).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Specification

Education Level : SPM
Working Experience : 5 years in manufacturing
