Overview

MXM Surfaces operates a high-volume warehouse for quartz stone products. We are looking for a reliable Assistant Admin to support warehouse documentation and coordination.

Location: Ulu Choh, Johor (Near Gelang Patah)

Working hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: RM 2,200 – RM 3,500 | Full Time

Immediate Hiring: Mandarin Speaker Required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily warehouse documentation, DO, stock reports, and filing.
  • Assist Warehouse Keeper with stock updates and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate materials movement between warehouse, logistics, and production.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for management.
  • Monitor inbound/outbound materials and update records promptly.
  • Support warehouse administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
  • Perform ad-hoc admin duties as required.
