Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive goods based on Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO) documents.
  • Check quality, quantity, expiry dates, and product condition before acceptance.
  • Label, organize, and store items according to category, storage temperature, and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare goods for Outlet and Central Kitchen requests based on approved requisitions.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation prior to delivery or transfer.
  • Update stock movement accurately in the system (in/out records, transfer notes, DOs).
  • Apply FIFO / FEFO stock rotation to minimize wastage and expiry losses.
  • Rack labelling and arrangement, maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in storage areas.
  • Assist during weekly or monthly stock counts and support variance investigation when required.
  • Prepare accurate monthly inventory report independently and submit the report on time.
