Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator opportunities in Aurora, IL.

LOCATION: Aurora, IL
TITLE: Warehouse Associate
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 1st= 6AM-2PM, 2nd= 2PM-10PM, 3rd= 10PM-6AM with overtime as needed
PAY: $20.00-22.00/hr
**Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:**
+ Operate stand-up forklifts (Raymond or Crown), cherry pickers, turret trucks, hand jacks, and other warehouse equipment
+ Accurately pick, put away, transport, store, and retrieve materials
+ Identify, sort, stack, audit, and locate parts and supplies efficiently
+ Comply with all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures
+ Maintain facility cleanliness using 5S methodology and participate in team/safety meetings
+ Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned
**Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ Minimum 6 months of stand-up forklift experience (required)
+ 1–2 years of warehouse experience
+ Ability to operate computers and scanners; working knowledge of SAP preferred
+ Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing operational demands
+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift over 30 lbs, and work in hot and cold environments
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Must wear safety shoes and safety glasses (required on day one)

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
