Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Operations:

• Receive and scan incoming shipments from upstream hubs or vendors.
• Sort and segregate packages based on delivery routes or zones.
• Coordinate with delivery associates and ensure timely dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Load/unload delivery vans and third-party logistics (3PL) vehicles accurately and safely.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain proper stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Update inventory systems with received, stored, and dispatched goods.
• Track and report discrepancies or damaged items promptly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Reconciliation:

• Assist in the collection, counting, and safe handover of COD payments.
