Pacific First Aid Ltd. in Vancouver, BC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the daily operation of our warehouse, including administrative, logistics operations, and inventory management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative and Customer Support

· Prepare Daily Operational Reports to the relevent personnel

· Maintain updated data in internal inventory management system and database

· Provide administrative support to the warehouse

· Update order status with client

Logistics Operations

· Manage receiving and shipping activities

· Coordinate with Order Picker for order fulfillment

· Prepare shipping documents and quality check prior to shipping
