Job Description

Marathon is looking for a Prep Associate that will receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and equipment. Key Responsibilities •Works with some level of independence to Receive foods, assemble Meal kits to recipe specifications, ship kits following Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standards •May be training to do a bigger job, work in a variety of areas, conveyor/ assembly lines, receiving, shipping, inventory, and other processes independently. The duties may be routine from week to week, but there is some variety experienced to learn more or move up in the business. •Operates or can operate multiple pieces of IT equipment (approximately 50% of total equipment) within at least 2 departments •Package kits following prescribed processes and procedures.
