A leading regional supplier of architectural and industrial coatings is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join the operations hub. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of inventory and ensuring the highest quality of custom-mixed products for a demanding professional clientele. Core Responsibilities Inventory Flow: Unload incoming freight, break down pallets, and organize stock using a FIFO (First In, First Out) system to ensure product readiness. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on pick-tickets and stage them for rapid pickup or delivery. Production & Tinting: Operate industrial mixing equipment and computerized tinting systems to prepare custom paint and lacquer orders. Heavy Loading: Repeatedly lift and maneuver 5-gallon pails and cases of coatings weighing up to 60 lbs.
