Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity based in Orillia, Ontario, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30/hour.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, efficient work environment. This position reports directly to the Sr. Field Service Supervisor and is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys driving process improvements and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products within the warehouse
  
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders
  
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures
  
• Train and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity
  
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements
  

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
