Office Administrator / Material Handler
We are seeking an organized and adaptable Office Administrator / Material Handler who can manage a variety of administrative, fleet, safety, and warehouse responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Administrative Support

+ Onboard new full‑time employees by entering employee information into internal systems

+ Provide benefits information and support during the onboarding process

+ Complete and maintain I‑9 documentation

+ Support general office administration tasks as needed

Fleet Management

+ Coordinate all aspects of company vehicle management, including:

+ Vehicle rentals

+ Accident reporting and follow‑up

+ Scheduling repairs and maintenance

+ Vehicle branding and compliance
