Office Administrator / Material Handler

We are seeking an organized and adaptable Office Administrator / Material Handler who can manage a variety of administrative, fleet, safety, and warehouse responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Administrative Support

  • Onboard new full‑time employees by entering employee information into internal systems
  • Provide benefits information and support during the onboarding process
  • Complete and maintain I‑9 documentation
  • Support general office administration tasks as needed
