Job Description
As a forklift operator/material handler you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials throughout a warehouse or manufacturing facility as well as material handling.
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods and materials. Load and unload trucks and move materials around the warehouse or manufacturing facility. Use hand-held scanners and other technology to scan and track inventory. Inspect equipment before use, reporting any mechanical issues or safety hazards. Follow established procedures for operating a forklift and maintaining machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and health regulations.
