Warehouse Associate/Order Picker

PrideStaff is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/Order Picker for a client in Glendale Heights, IL.  

The ideal candidate must have previous order picking / warehouse experience which includes pulling and checking orders. This will include picking and loading customer orders and checking in material then putting it away in the correct locations in the warehouse. Candidate will also handle outbound UPS/LTL shipments and order pick (heights up to 20') more so than a forklift. Forklift Operator experience is preferred. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required. 

1st Shift- 8am-4:30pm
**Will need to train 7am-4:30**

Pay: $20-$21/hr

Job Duties:

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have 1 year of forklift experience
• MUST have 1 year of warehouse experience.
• MUST have a background in warehouse operations in areas including: shipping, receiving, and inventory is preferred.
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
• Must have steel-toe boots/shoes

**If hired full time, this would be a Union position!!**
