The OS&D Clerk is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and resolving all freight discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damages. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely communication, and effective coordination between dock staff, drivers, carriers, and customers.
Also responsible for maintaining detailed records, supporting the claims team as required, and supporting operational integrity by identifying issues, preventing recurring errors, and contributing to efficient freight flow. A strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and commitment to customer service are essential for success in this position.
