Job Summary:


The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate record-keeping, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers to meet operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:





  • Coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods and materials.




  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).




  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.




  • Prepare and verify shipping and delivery documentation.




  • Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling of goods.




  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.




  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.




  • Implement and enforce safety, health, and housekeeping standards.




  • Track and report warehouse KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, dispatch time).




  • Train and support warehouse staff when needed.
