Warehouse Coordinator/Assistant

Our client is a manufacturing company supporting electronics products. They are seeking a Warehouse Officer/ Executive to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast, accurate resolution of inventory discrepancies and warehouse system issues.

Job Description:

• Basic up to $3500
• Allowance up to $200
• AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety stock and warehouse organization for cleanroom compliance.

Handle daily material receipts, issues, returns, and cycle counts.
- Operate WMS/ERP; test system accuracy and maintain material master data.

Support material traceability and documentation for quality requirements.
- Monitor consumption, report shortages/excess, and coordinate material delivery to production lines.

Compile usage data for cost tracking.
