Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred2. Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics
3. Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipping and receiving processes
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems


  • Oversee daily activities of a warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and organization

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits

  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products

  • Train and supervise warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products

  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, replacing or repairing as necessary
