Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Dispatch Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, including order dispatch, marketplace return handling, inventory management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be experienced with Uniware and proficient in Excel, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Dispatch Management
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and D2 C platforms (Shopify and others)
Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery
Marketplace Return Handling (Uniware)
Process returns from marketplaces using Uniware
File return claims on marketplace panels such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
Follow up on claims to ensure resolution and credit recovery
D2 C Returns Management
Manage returns from Shopify and other D2 C platforms
Inspect returned items and process refunds or exchanges
