- Prepare annual budget
Schedule expenditures and analyze variances Operations and Logistics Management: - Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, quality checks, put-away, storage, inventory replenishment, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to and from the production lines to prevent downtime and support manufacturing schedules.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.

| Safety, Quality, and Compliance: - Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring all operations strictly comply with GMI standards, environmental regulations, and internal company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety standards (e.g., GMPs, HACCP, FDA regulations), maintaining the integrity of all raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility in accordance with 5S principles and other housekeeping standards

| Inventory Management and Control: - Maintain exceptional inventory accuracy for all raw materials through robust cycle counting programs, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage inventory levels, track product movement & generate performance reports.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, minimize slow-moving or obsolete stock, and optimize storage utilization and slotting strategies.

| Leadership and Team Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, including supervisors, leads
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labour planning to meet operational demands and budget targets.
- Champion a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
