JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Material Warehouse

Reports to: Manager

Functional Relationships with: Collaborates with production PIC, Logistics, Procurement, ESH team, and cross-functional departments as per organizational structure.

Position Profile:

Based in: Tuas, Singapore

Successful candidate will: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while proactively identifying and implementing operational improvements in areas beyond the current scope of Operations Supervisors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and issuance.

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of stock movements.

• Coordinate with production control and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.

• Drive initiatives in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to enhance warehouse resilience.

• Champion Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) compliance and promote a culture of safety.

• Implement and maintain environmental controls such as temperature and humidity monitoring systems.

• Leverage Digital Transformation (DX) tools to optimize warehouse operations, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Support project management activities related to warehouse expansion, system upgrades, and process improvements.

• Lead or assist in audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff as needed

Ability / Competency Required:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

• At least 2 years of experiences in warehouse/logistic field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.

• Familiarity with DX tools (e.g., Power BI, RPA, IoT sensors) for operational optimization.

• Knowledge of BCP frameworks, ESH standards, and environmental monitoring systems.

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
