**Job Overview**
The Warehouse Floor Supervisor at Boart Longyear is responsible for **coordinating and directing the daily warehouse activities on the floor** — including receiving, inventory handling, order picking, kitting, packing, and shipment staging — to ensure work is completed **safely, efficiently, and in accordance with warehouse standards.** The role provides day-to-day leadership to the warehouse crew, **enforces safety and operational procedures, and applies corrective/disciplinary measures when standards are not met,** escalating to the Warehouse Manager when needed. The Floor Supervisor also supports continuous improvement within all warehouse functions.
