We are a leading company in the FMCG dairy sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining efficient supply chain operations. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Foreman to oversee our warehouse operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching dairy products.
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded and stock is well organized.
• Coordinate with logistics, quality control, and production departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and quality standards in accordance with dairy industry regulations.
• Monitor and manage warehouse staff, schedules, and performance.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Report and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or issues in warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in FMCG or dairy.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, stock management, and cold chain handling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
