The Warehouse Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the startup of new warehouse operations. This is a multifaceted role supporting all aspects of a new operation to meet both company and customers' expectations.
Qualifications
Participate in RFP analysis to define operational requirements. Lead the New site implementations Hire & Train site management to adhere to company standards and expectations. Oversee the physical setup of new locations. Recruit and build effective teams. Communicate progress to management and customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Onboard initial employees at new sites. Audit existing site operations to ensure compliance with company standards. Train current site management on operational best practices. Establish site KPIs and controls to ensure autonomous success....
