JOB PURPOSE:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory and facility management. This role demands a data-driven leader who can optimize WMS/TMS workflows, manage a large 3rd-party workforce , and maintain Best-in-Class standards in SLA, Cost, and Quality . You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex disputes with both vendors and customers.
