Mission
To serve customers by shipping orders same day for orders received by 4:00 PM on weekdays and next business day for orders received after 4:00 PM or on weekends or holidays. Also to improve employee morale through efficiencies, lower costs, documented processes, and a safer work environment.
**Requirements**:
Advanced English
Warehouse experience
**Objectives**:
On-time and accurate delivery of all orders of 99% or higher.
Work within the labor and supplies budget as a % of sales.
Invest in employee's personal progression and growth.
Align goals with cross functional leaders to ensure operations is supporting company wide efforts.
Ensure the safety of each employee.
