Responsibilities

• Responsible for recording and updating data related to logistics, receiving, and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Responsible for monitoring & recording of material flow. (Stock IN, OUT & RETURN)
• Responsible for monitoring, counting, & ensuring the accuracy of all raw material stocks.
• Responsible for Data Entry, Filing, Compiling stock data into report.
• Responsible for conducting annual Raw Material Warehouse Stock counting.
• Assist in custom documents preparation.
• Assist in stock receiving, retrieving, and outgoing activities.
• Assist in the arrangement of transportation booking, packing list, Trucking Instruction and other necessary documents for shipments.
• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
