Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Order Management

• Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock.
• Replenish items based on usage and reorder points
• Track expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Provide regular inventory reports (weekly/monthly).
• Forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly.
• Maintain order records.
• Monitor stock movement (inbound, outbound, returns).
• Coordinate restocking or pull-out based on client usage.
• Track delivered or sold items and generate invoices.

Assay Consumption Reporting

• Visit assigned hospitals according to schedule.
• Coordinate with lab staff to collect assay usage data.
• Check inventory levels (e.g., reagents, consumables).
• Prepare and submit required reports.
