Warehouse Logistics Manager

We are supporting a privately held organization in recruiting a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive operation.

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and logistics execution. The successful candidate will be hands‑on, highly organized, and comfortable operating in an environment where accuracy, planning, and execution directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, workload planning, and staff coordination
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and variance resolution
• Manage domestic and international shipping, including container logistics, from booking through delivery
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation
