Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Norwich warehouse and support high-quality, fast-paced events and experiential projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, operational oversight, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily warehouse operations: goods in/out, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and consumables
* Oversee inventory accuracy, stock tracking, and kit preparation for projects
* Plan and coordinate logistics for project deliveries, collections, and vehicle schedules
* Lead, develop, and schedule warehouse and logistics teams
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
