Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks!

**As a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to lbs.**

Must have up to 1 year of loading and unloading (lumping) experience to be considered for the position

Loaders $15.50/hour

Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:30am (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)

    • Job Responsibilities

  • This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting.
  • Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed.
  • Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed.
  • Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stack and palletize non-perishable bulk products
  • Push and pull carts up to lbs solo
  • The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focus
  • Must be able to lift 70lbs solo and up to as a team
  • Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor
  • Non-climate control building
  • Inspect and pack merchandise using packaging materials to complete customer orders
  • Load and unloads trucks
  • lifting or maneuvering 70- pounds
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
