Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient warehouse management systems. Your expertise in logistics process knowledge will enable us to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Participate in project kick-off meetings with clients

  • Create detailed process flowcharts and specifications for WMS/WES/WCS solutions


  • Create development specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team

  • Leverage technical expertise to lead exchanges with software developers globally

  • Serve as the primary escalation point during go-live phases providing hands-on support for critical on-site issues
