Job Purpose

Lead and optimize warehouse or distribution center operations, ensuring productivity, KPI achievement, safety, customer service, and overall logistics efficiency. Guarantee the continuous flow of inbound and outbound merchandise, maintain accurate inventories, and manage cost‑efficient operations through strong leadership, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and storage processes.
Ensure compliance with SLA, productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs.
Lead large teams of 150–450+ employees, including supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff.
Oversee training, performance management, workplace safety, and team engagement.
Redesign processes, improve productivity, and optimize line balancing.
Implement analytics tools, automation, and technology (Python, Power BI, WMS, SAP, TMS).
Control operating costs, labor costs, consumables, and overall budget execution.
Manage internal/external audits and standards related to quality, food safety, security, and legal compliance (SQF, HACCP, C‑TPAT).

Who We Are Looking For

10+ years in operations/logistics/distribution centers, with progressive growth through supervisory, coordinator, or managerial roles.

Proven Experience In:

  • Managing high‑volume distribution centers
  • Leading large workforces (200–450+ staff)
  • Demonstrated improvements in productivity, accuracy, and service levels
  • Implementation of WMS/TMS, automation, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Compliance with audits and certifications
