Warehouse Manager for Cavite

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety laws, ISO, GWP, and company standards.
• Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise logistics activities, including delivery trucks, shipping, and receiving.
• Address customer requirements, returns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Lead repacking processes and monitor warehouse KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA/ISO/Regulatory departments to uphold quality standards.
• Train, guide, and develop warehouse staff to enhance workflow and productivity.
