- Manage daily warehouse operations and lead a high-volume dispatch schedule (100+ trucks/day)
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely B2B FTL deliveries
- Oversee manpower, space utilization, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and regulatory standards
Key Deliverables:
- 100% dispatch accuracy for FTL B2B movements
- Maintain minimal turnaround time in warehouse loading/unloading
- Real-time inventory updates and ERP sync
- Streamlined warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
