Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements.

  • Oversee the recovery, inspection, and receipt of inbound stock efficiently.

  • Manage the dispatch of outbound shipments to ensure timely departures.

  • Ensure accurate sorting and optimal loading of all shipments.

  • Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers, completing necessary reports.

  • Ensure adherence to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet all KPIs.

  • Promote safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives (e.g., ISO accreditation).

  • Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department.

  • Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.

Skills and Competencies:


  • Proficiency in software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) skills.

  • Strong communication skills (English, spoken and written).

  • Leadership skills.

  • Customer orientation and planning & organizing abilities.

  • Decision-making and influencing skills.

  • Commitment to excellence and team building.
