Job Title: Warehouse Head, Backend officer,3PL- DNA CTC - Upto 15 LPA , Logistics Background
Reporting To: Finance Controller & CFO
Role Summary
The Warehouse Head will lead backend warehouse operations across multiple 3PL locations, ensuring accurate billing, documentation, MIS, and commercial control. The role works closely with warehouse teams, finance, management, and clients to ensure process compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend warehouse operations including billing, invoicing, and MIS
- Ensure accuracy in inward, outward, and inventory reports
- Oversee invoice generation as per client contracts, SLAs, and rate cards
- Coordinate with Finance for revenue reconciliation and billing accuracy
- Ensure documentation compliance for audits and controls
- Lead, mentor, and monitor backend operations teams
- Drive process improvements and standardization across locations
