1) Stacking management of Products with proper flow & identification management
2) Coordinating with Sales Deptt, Factory, Customer,Transporter etc for smooth IN & OUT flow of material

3) Ensure safety of material from Fire, Theft, Damage and Weather

4) Supervise schedule warehouse delivery staff to ensure safe efficient operation of all warehouse functions

5) Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking Inventory management to order fulfillment.

6) Negotiating freight & finalising contracts with transporters across India from time to time.

7) Insurance claims processing & settlement.
