  • To ensure availability of Material as per planning and communication with Production Department.

  • Manage warehouse operations Including Receipt Storage, & Dispatch of Goods.

  • Ensure accurate Inventory levels Investigate Discrepancies & Implement Corrective actions Lead & motivate a team of warehouse Staff Providing Training and Development opportunities.

  • Ensure a safe & secure working environment adhering to AlPLA Health & Safety Policies.

  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory requirements company policies and procedures.

  • Cost control Monitoring and control warehouse operations costs identifying areas for cost saving

  • Identification slow moving stock items using inventory reports analytics or metrics, Days inventory Outstanding, Stock aging Reports.

  • To Ensures flow of goods and implements First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods.

  • Implementation of safety measure in loading & unloading activity.

  • Monitor RM/PM/FG stock level as per agreed target levels, highlight slow moving & Non-moving stock timely higher ups.

  • To ensure the Best Housekeeping & safe working ambience in accordance with 5S & Safety Aspects & to maintain ISO, Safety & Internal Standards.

  • To Ensure Track & Trace system Implementation in RM Warehouse.

  • FG handover taken form Production Ensure stock accuracy as per SAP.

  • RM shelf life to highlight Expire within 30 Days for Revalidation Process.

    • What makes you great

  • 8-10 years of experience

  • / Diploma

  • Experience in Rigid plastics is preferable.

  • Good Microsoft excel skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills

  • Ability to present effectively to key customer decision makers

  • Ability to work independently toward a common team goal

  • High energy, self-motivated and quick thinking

  • Problem solving skills

  • High grade of flexibility and stress resistance
