Overview
Are you a business-minded warehouse professional with hands-on experience and strong WMS know-how? We're looking for a Warehouse Manager with a sharp commercial perspective—someone who can balance operational efficiency with space optimization and business growth. Candidates with experience in Japanese companies and the ability to speak Cantonese will have an added advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Support the setup, transformation, and optimization of warehouse operations with a commercial mindset
- Implement Warehouse Management System (WMS) while maintaining understanding of traditional/manual processes
- Balance safety compliance with strategic space utilization (e.g., optimizing racking height vs. path width)
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff on efficient workflows and SOPs
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics providers to align warehouse flow with business needs
