Job Description

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of warehouse operations.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Handle purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow between office and warehouse.
  • Prepare, receive, and process material orders for projects and shipments.
  • Arrange transportation for deliveries via trucking or courier.
  • Inspect, pack, and label materials for shipping; prepare shipping documents.
  • Unload and stock merchandise manually or using equipment (including forklift).
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and general warehouse organization.
