In this role you will:
+ Tracks quantities of parts to be packaged.
+ Monitors on hand balances of shop floor locations for parts and supplies and notifies ATL of any shortages of required packaging supplies.
+ Performs indirect functions as needed to ensure all necessary material are available when required.
+ Verifies accuracy of work and completes appropriate paperwork and computer transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and quality workmanship.
+ Uses personal computer or other data acquisition devices (i.e. bar-code) to check or record data as required.
+ Understand and follow established work instruction to assure adherence to ISO standards and MMAS requirements.
+ Performs packaging and crating functions associated with shipment of complex defense products.
+ Receives instructions and work orders from Planning and/or Packaging Engineering.
