Warehouse Material Coordinator

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Material Coordinator to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Miguel Paulista- São Paulo.

About The Role

• Coordinate activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment
• Ensure accurate physical and system inventory control, preventing losses and discrepancies
• Supervise the warehouse team, promoting training and operational best practices
• Conduct periodic inventories and maintain data accuracy
• Manage the flow of materials in and out according to the project schedule
• Interface with suppliers, engineers, and managers to ensure proper supply
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
• Prepare reports on material movement and logistics performance indicators
