Warehouse Material Coordinator

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Material Coordinator to join our Minerals & MetalsBusiness line in São Miguel Paulista- São Paulo.

About the role

Coordinate activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment

Ensure accurate physical and system inventory control, preventing losses and discrepancies

Supervise the warehouse team, promoting training and operational best practices

Conduct periodic inventories and maintain data accuracy

Manage the flow of materials in and out according to the project schedule

Interface with suppliers, engineers, and managers to ensure proper supply

Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse

Prepare reports on material movement and logistics performance indicators

About you

Minimum technical degree in Logistics or related fields.
